      • No personal data (name, email address, phone number) is collected by the app.
      • The app only stores the location of the PDF file you choose to process, but does not upload or share it.
   2. Banner Ads (AdMob)

      Google AdMob displays banner ads within the app. Google may collect the following anonymized data to serve relevant ads:

      • Device information (device type, OS version)
      • Anonymous demographic data
      • App activity (screens viewed)

      PDF Protect Lock PRO does not store or process this ad data directly. All ad data is managed by Google according to their AdMob policies.

2. Offline Functionality

   • All encryption/decryption processes run 100% offline on your device.
   • No internet connection is required to lock or unlock PDFs.
   • Your PDF files are never uploaded to any server.

3. COPPA Compliance (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)

   • This app is not directed at children under the age of 13.
   • We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
   • If you become aware of any personal data of a child under 13 being collected, please contact us for removal.

4. Data Security

   • PDF protection uses AES-256-R5, a high-level encryption standard.
   • Only you know the lock password; the app does not store this password.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

   We may update this policy at any time. Any changes will be published on the next update page (available in the app updates). The “Last Updated” date will change accordingly.
