Thank you for choosing to use Draggable Keyboard ("we", "us", "our", or "the App"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. Because our app functions as a custom keyboard, we understand that privacy and data security are your top priorities.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We want to be completely transparent: We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data.

  • No Keystroke Logging: We do NOT log, record, or monitor anything you type. Your passwords, credit card numbers, messages, and personal notes remain strictly on your device.
  • No Internet Requirement: The keyboard operates 100% offline. It does not have the capability to send your data to any external servers.
  • No Personal Information: We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying information.

2. Local Storage (Device Memory)

The App only uses your device's local storage (SharedPreferences) to save your personal customization settings. This includes:

  • Keyboard position (Y-offset) when dragged.
  • Visual preferences (Background color, text color, font size, and key height).
  • Lock status.

This data is stored securely and locally on your phone. It is never transmitted to us or any third parties. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, these settings will be permanently deleted.

3. Required Device Permissions

To function properly as an Android Input Method, the App requires the standard system permissions to display over other apps (to show the keyboard interface) and control device vibration (for haptic feedback when pressing keys). These permissions are strictly used for the core functionality of the keyboard.

4. Third-Party Services

The core keyboard interface (the area where you type) contains absolutely no advertisements and uses no third-party tracking SDKs.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our App does not knowingly collect, store, or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13. Because our keyboard operates entirely offline and does not collect any personal data from any users whatsoever, we are fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are a parent or guardian and have any questions or concerns regarding your child's privacy while using our App, please contact us.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
