Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the 3D PDF Reader - Flipbook application (hereby referred to as "Application", "we", "our", or "us") for mobile devices. We take your privacy very seriously. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
1. 100% Offline & Private
The Application is designed to function entirely offline. We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any of your personal data, documents, or PDF files to any external servers. Everything you read or process within the Application stays securely on your local device.
2. Permissions and Data Access
To provide its core functionality, the Application requires specific device permissions:
- Storage / Media Access: The Application requests access to your device's local storage solely for the purpose of locating, reading, and displaying your PDF files within the Application. We do not modify or delete your original files.
3. Local App Data (Bookmarks & Preferences)
To enhance your user experience, the Application saves your reading progress (Smart Pins/Bookmarks) and visual setup preferences (like padding and background color). This data is saved locally on your device's internal memory (Local Storage) and is never transmitted to us or any third party. If you uninstall the Application or clear its cache, this local data will be permanently deleted.
4. Third-Party Services
Because the Application is completely offline, we do not integrate with any third-party analytics, tracking, or data collection services. We do not share any information with third parties.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
We do not knowingly collect, request, or maintain personally identifiable information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), our Application does not ask for age, names, email addresses, or any other personal data. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has somehow provided us with information without their consent, they should contact us immediately, and we will take steps to ensure no such data exists on any of our systems.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Application or legal requirements. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
